Why is the need to smoke first thing in the morning?

You must have seen someone who started the day by drinking cigarettes and tea, coffee before breakfast or for breakfast intention in the morning. So what drives these people to smoke first thing in the morning?
smoking is an addiction. As with all addictions, it is related to the rise and fall of the dopamine level.

Approximately 10 seconds after nicotine is taken into the body by smoke, it is rapidly absorbed by the mucosal tissue of the mouth, nose and lungs and is carried to the brain by blood flow.

nicotine is similar in shape to acetylcholine and binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (receptors). these receptors are ligand-gated ion channels, allowing sodium or calcium to enter the cell, and by stimulating these receptors, they initiate dopamine secretion. nicotine also stimulates the adrenal glands and stimulates the epinephrine (adrenaline) neurotransmitter. This increases aceticoline release, as a result, dopamine release increases, heart rate and blood pressure increase, one feels good (acetylcholine stimulates skeletal muscles, that is, it stimulates contraction).
similar mechanism is seen in stimulants such as cocaine and methamphetamine. In their absence, the body feels deficient because dopamine release is reduced. dopamine is a molecule that interacts with many areas of the brain and makes one feel happy. Everything that makes dopamine released makes us feel happy. The caffeine in coffee has the same effect. Some stimulants and drugs or behaviors all stimulate dopamine, whether in sports or doing our favorite hobby.

more detail is too boring. but smoking does not trigger sugar directly. it goes through other mechanisms.
