What is Aerosol?

Although the concept of aerosol is a concept in the chemical literature, it emerges as the name given to the fine mixtures formed by the solid and liquid particles which are in ashes in any mass in the gaseous state. Examples of aerosols occurring in this way are among the examples that are frequently encountered in nature.
Such as the clouds in the air, the fog coming from the ground close to the house and the smoke from the chimneys of the industry are among the best examples that can be given to aerosol mixtures. Small water droplets inside the clouds cause the solid particles, clouds and fumes in the smoke from the chimneys to be an aerosol sample. Apart from such examples, the aerosol concept may also be used for substances sprayed through a container with a pressure. Such containers are called ”aerosol containers .

Aerosol containers contain a certain substance and a pressurized gas. This pressurized gas is used to spray the materials outward. For example, the furniture polish used in the furniture industry and the polishing of the furniture polish to spray this veneer formed by the pressure container can be given as an example of the aerosol. The propellant in the aerosol container is a chlorofluorocarbon or fluorocarbon compound which is liquefied under a certain pressure. Aerosol containers have certain specific properties. These containers are made of aluminum or tin-like plates. These plates are combined with the solder. Again the bases of these plates are pitted. This is because the container is pressure-resistant. At the top of the aerosol containers there is a valve running when it is pressed, a coil in the helical structure underneath it and a flexible structure. This pipe extends to the bottom of the container. Arosol containers are first filled with liquid to be sprayed out. After this process, coarse, valve and pipe are installed. Finally, the propellant under pressure is filled into the aerosol container. This propellant is introduced into the aerosol container through the valve. A portion of the pressurized and propellant gas becomes liquid in the container. The reason for this is the pressure in the container. There is enough propellant gas at the top of the mixture of substances to be sprayed with the liquefied gas. The aerosol mixture inside the Aeorosol container must be rinsed before spraying. The reason for this is that it is necessary to mix the propellant with the propellant. When the button on the container is pressed, the valve opens and the aerosol mixture inside the container starts to rise in the pipe due to the pressure. Then, the substance and the propellant are emitted. After this process, a gap is formed in the aerosol container. This gap is filled by the gaseous propellant. Aerosol containers work this way. Products such as deodorants, shaving creams, polishes, spray paints, glass cleaners, pesticides, etc.
